WebComms4U environmental awareness displays are available for hire only with the accompaniment of their designer (Trevor) and his assistant. Trevor has considerable experience and knowledge of environmental protection and sustainability issues, and in particular those relating to energy efficiency and renewable energy. He is therefore able to explain and discuss such matters on your behalf to visitors attending your awareness event.

• Fees are based on hourly rates plus travelling and subsistence expenses.

• Designer's accompaniment hourly rate is £30 per hour (3 hours minimum) plus an additional hourly rate per display hired (3 hours minimum):

  • Carbon Cycle: £25 per hour

  • Illuminator: £25 per hour

  • What's Watt: £25 per hour (for either of the two configurations)

  • Hire the 'trio' of energy saving lamp displays at a discount rate of £70 per hour!

  

  Note: If more than one display is hired and displays are not located in the same room, an extra accompaniment fee of £50 will be charged (we can cater for two rooms maximum).

• Mileage is charged at 48 pence per mile for each return trip from Saltford, Bristol.

• Costs incurred such as congestion charges, parking fees, bridge and motorway tolls etc. will be charged at cost.

• An additional fee will be charged for awkward access venues i.e. those a long distance from parking/unloading and/or requiring equipment to be transported up/down stairways. Charge will typically be between £25 and £75, but may be greater if venue is particularly awkward.

• Overnight accommodation based on 4* hotel rate in locality of the event. This is generally necessary if your event is over 125 miles from Saltford or requires arrival at the event site before 9.30am (unless reasonably local to Saltford).
